The TRACING section enables you to track all these events.
If you need just the information about one container you can enter the respective number in the by Container Number window.
If you choose by Booking please enter the Hapag-Lloyd booking number.
With the Enhanced Tracing you have several selection criteria. Apart from the Bill of Lading No. the Enhanced Tracing is limited for the bookings and containers where your company has a transport activity.
You will receive a booking list. You can limit your results by relevant criteria to get only those bookings you need to track at the moment. From the booking list you get a survey of all containers and details for each of them.
If your Internet access is slow or you have limited access, you can now receive information about your shipment directly to your email account. Our ‘Info via Email’ tool will help you in these cases.
